I. Organizer
This promotion is organized by LINAH Amsterdam.
This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple Inc..

II. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from April 26, 2026 at 20:00 (CET) until May 10, 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

III. Entry
Participants may enter in one of the following ways:

A) With purchase
Each order placed on www.linahamsterdam.com during the promotion period automatically receives one (1) entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

B) Free entry (no purchase required)
To enter without purchase, send an email to info@linahamsterdam.com including:

• full name
• email address

👉 The email must be received before the end of the promotion period.

A maximum of one (1) entry per person applies, regardless of the entry method.

IV. Eligibility
Participants must:

• be residents of the European Union
• be at least 18 years old
• not be employees or affiliates of LINAH Amsterdam
• provide accurate and complete information

Entries may be disqualified in case of fraud or misuse.

V. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• One Apple iPad A16 (approximate value €499)

The prize:

• is non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged
• cannot be redeemed for cash

The organizer reserves the right to offer an equivalent substitute if necessary.
Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within five (5) business days after the promotion ends.

The winner will be contacted via email.
If no response is received within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

The winner may be publicly announced with consent.

VII. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped free of charge within the European Union.

The organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once the prize has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

VIII. Disqualification & Changes
The organizer reserves the right to:

• disqualify participants in case of fraud or misuse
• modify or terminate the promotion if necessary

IX. Liability
LINAH Amsterdam is not liable for technical issues, delays, or failure to receive entries, nor for any damages resulting from participation or use of the prize.

This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

X. Privacy
Personal data will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with GDPR.

Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Data from participants without purchase will only be stored as long as necessary for the promotion.
Customer data or data with consent may be retained according to the privacy policy.

XI. Governing Law
Dutch law applies.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Amsterdam.
