Return

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You will then receive the order amount of the jewelry back. The costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account.

To make use of this right, contact us via info@linahamsterdam.com. We will then send you the instructions for your return. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a notification of this by email. It can take up to 14 days before your return is processed.

Keep in mind that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition as in which you have received it. The products must be unused and in the original packaging. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is possible within 14 days of delivery of your products. You can contact for this info@linahamsterdam.com. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
