Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. You will then receive a refund for the jewelry items ordered. Return shipping costs from your address to our webshop are at your own expense.

To make use of this right, please contact us at info@linahamsterdam.com. We will then provide you with the return instructions.

Please note that the product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as received. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please handle the products with care and ensure they are properly packaged when returning them.

Returns must only be sent after prior contact and according to our return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact or to a different address cannot be processed. In such cases, the shipping risk remains with the sender.

Products that are custom-made or personalized to your preferences go directly into production after the order is placed and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.

Once we have received and inspected the return and confirmed that it meets the conditions of this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your product? This is possible within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us at info@linahamsterdam.com. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you used a one-time discount on an additional piece of the same jewelry item, it is not possible to return the original order while keeping only the discounted item. This special offer is intended as a one-time addition to your original purchase, not as a replacement for it.

If we receive an incomplete return package, or an item different from the one originally purchased, the return cannot be processed and no refund will be issued. The same applies if we receive an empty package, a different product than ordered, or items that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
