Is the jewelry waterproof?
Yes, all jewelry we sell are made of stainless steel. This means that the jewelry is stainless and waterproof. The jewelry does not discolor if it comes into contact with water. We do recommend that you take good care of your jewelry. Look here for good user advice.

At Linah Amsterdam we stand for our promise to deliver the most beautiful jewelry with high quality. That is why we offer a guarantee on the color retention of all our jewelry. This guarantee guarantees that the color of your jewelry does not fade or changes within the normal use conditions.
If you notice that the color of your jewelry fades or does not meet our quality standard, you can contact our support team via info@linahamsterdam.com, together with photos or videos of your damaged product. Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product to Linah Amsterdam.
This warranty offers one -off replacement. The warranty does not apply to damage due to incorrect use, such as exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, intentional damage or if the jewelry breaks. If your jewelry breaks or break, please contact us. In some cases we can repair it depending on the damage.
If the item is no longer available for replacement, we offer you the possibility to exchange it for a jewel of equal value.
